  1. Joe when you say a fresh install of Windows do you mean exactly that? You know where your previous version of Windows is totally gone, no programs you once had etc. Fresh download of a 1909 iso file and installing from scratch.

So if it was a clean install I take it you downloaded a fresh copy of CCleaner and are now using Defender as your AV ?

In a previous post you said you used McAfee, Defender and Malwarebytes.  Win 10 Defender turns off if it sees another AV installed. Was Malwarebytes running in real-time or just as a second scanner?

Microsoft is officially retiring support for 32-bit processors with the release of Windows 10 version 2004, thus setting the requirement to run the latest version of the operating system to 64-bit.

Needless to say, this only affects the new systems that are being sold from this point going forward, as the existing 32-bit computers that are running Windows 10 would still get the latest features. It’s not known for how long though, so at some point in the future, the company could very well drop support for Windows 10 32-bit entirely.

  3. Need more info.

What operating system do you run?

Did you have CCleaner before you got 5.66?

In Windows Task Manager do you see lots of instances of CCleaner there?

Have you tried uninstalling CCleaner.. restarting your machine.. then doing a clean install of CCleaner?

The reason I didn't post it earlier in the week Nergal is what Andavari pointed out, that the site still said 3rd March.

but after receiving the installation information, the license codes do not work, I cannot install, how do I pay and cannot use?''
