Peck. You have a similar system to my build. Except, you don't list your motherboard. That makes me question why you have 8 GB's of DDR3, versus 6 or 12. The majority of Core i7 motherboards have 6 slots, unless you bought one of the lower tier boards with four slots and you just populated all 4 with 2 GB sticks. If you have 6 RAM slots I'd suggest taking out one stick cause you are pulling it out of triple channel mode by doing so. AJ

Why the heck are people still on Adobe 7? They should expect exploits. If I was Adobe, I wouldn't update anything older than 8 at this point. Other than that, I'm happy for the news. AJ

Here's the scoop. Video cards handle all the display stuff when it comes to your monitor. From games, videos, the Aero feature in Vista and 7, and newer functions. There are programs that are using it to convert videos between formats. Most newer cards will work between XP, Vista and 7. Basically, it's if the drivers support the card for the system. There's a whole range of cards on the market, from low end that are barely better than integrated graphics that are built on to motherboards, to some that are will play the majority of the games on the market at the highest resolutions with every other setting cranked up, at a high FPS. There are cards from $30, to $350+, and everywhere in between. You have to know what connection your motherboard has for the card, and if you have any spare power connections depending on what card it is. So first off, list what your computer hardware specs are, and what resolution your monitor currently is at. Or are you configuring a machine and want to know how much you'll need? AJ

Thanks. I took a screen shot in game, tweaked it a little, and added the three logos. If you notice, I was on low batter power, so my setting was on Power Saver for my laptop. My bottom bar is normally a lot darker. The ship is one of the Tech 3 ships, which has a base hull, and then there are 5 subsystem slots (Offensive, Defensive, Propulsion, Engineering, & Electronics) that you can pick which specific part you want. There are 5 parts in each subsystem slot, and each combination looks different. This ship is for the Amarr race - there are three other races (Gallente, Caldari, & Minmatar) which each have their own ship (Proteus, Tengu, and Loki). Their technical name is Strategic cruiser - once you assemble the ship, you still choose specific weapons, afterburners, hardeners, etc etc. They're mad expensive, and I don't have one yet, but that is how I'd want mine to look in the future. I wouldn't see a problem. Only if you were trying to run 64 bit and it isn't compatible with the processor. But I doubt there would be a total no work scenario with 7 if you bought that processor. AJ

That's really odd. Two options I can think of. 1) USB external CD/DVD drive. First. Don't post your emails. You never know when a spammer comes around. Second. This should be in the CCleaner Forum. Not the Lounge. Third. I can help you. Log in to your email. Once you have done both and closed both of your browsers, open CCleaner. Click the Options box on the left, then the Cookies Box. Find all cookies related to your email pages. Select them individually and click the arrow to move them over to the Cookies to Keep side. Once you do that, you should be able to run CCleaner and not get logged out. AJ

I can't believe it's been 8 years to the day that this tragic event happened. Geez, I was in 6th grade at the time, and all I remember was my teacher getting a phone call/intercom call (each room had an intercom to the main office, with a handset receiver for private conversations.) My school made no mention to it. I get home, turn on the T.V. like I always did, and on the local NBC channel was nonstop coverage about what happened. My mom called about 2 minutes later, saying to not turn on the T.V. When both of my parents were home, my family talked about what happened. It's insane how 8 years seems to have flown by. I was in NYC this summer and went to the WTC area. It's amazing how long the clean up has taken, and how much longer it will be till the Freedom Tower and Memorial will be built. *A moment of silence for all those who died due to the terrorist attacks.* AJ

Hey, I'm Catholic and have no problem with the word. It's rude to calls someone a piece of crap, but any thing that is being discarded is rubbish, and by synonym, crap. To be straight forward, it's your choice to use the program. If you don't like something, then by all means don't use CCleaner. However, when the program is free and payed for by donations, no one should be complaining considering how AWESOME it is . The only foreseeable way to get the name changed is you donate a couple thousand dollars/euros/pounds to it's development, the name won't be changed. I think you're the first to have a complaint with the name. AJ
