i bought a used laptop and they left all there files on it it is windows vista i was wondering how i can remove some of there old files

what makes a laptop just just down while in use

i bought an acer laptop for 20 bucks but the screen is cracked i was just wondering if anyone could tell me where i could pick up a monitor for fairly cheap

ccleaner helped me get rid of it but now i have another problem that has occured from that i think my pc runs fine for a few min then it freezes up for a couple seconds and then runs fine can anyone help with problem i think ccleaner is awsome i tell all my friends and family to use it THANK YOU a 100x

i think i got a hijacker or a worm i run ccleaner i do not think it has found it i ran norton and still running funny i tryed to download spy-bot and it will not completely download i have the green bars on the bottom of my page it only will go half way i have let run for almost an hour my so told me to go to what the tech and they did a scan and saved to a log but i do not know what all of that means so i need some help please
