Yeah, and that graphics card probably make alot of noise, and drain a huge amount of power, not to mention cost a huge sum of money. Oh and be very huge size big, long and thick.
Rather get a cheaper card that drain less power, and is passively cooled.

No, and I wont ever run it either.
You need a monster computer just to run it.
It has much DRM (Digital Restriction Management), TC (Treacherous Computing), etc.
It has PVP (Protected Video Paths), and lots of crap funcionality desired by Hollywood and the media companies to prevent you from having control of your computer. It prevents you todo certain stuff, can even close your monitor if you watch their copyright movies crap.
The new interface looks gay.
It waste your computer resources on encrypting all video streams to prevent you from ripping movies and to piss you off.
The only good thing in Vista imho is UAA (Unified Audio Architecture).

Yeah, get rid of Norton.
Then use either a webmail with built-in spam protection (Gmail seem to work pretty good) or use Mozilla Thunderbird, it has spam filtering and there are many extensions, etc.

Well, its better if you buy from a local computer store in your country because if you buy from one in another country then the shipment will cost alot. And if you need send something back, it will be a pain in the ass.
Look so the site use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the "URL/Location bar" in Firefox gets its background color changed to yellow when you are securerly connected.

1. Dont use Outlook Express, because sooner or later, you might get infected with a worm or something. Dont play with fire. Use Mozilla Thunderbird.
2. Dont use any Norton products, they are notorious for their crappy quality and refusing to properly uninstall themselves.
