  9. So does this mean for instance, if Ultimate Predator whos ISP is Tesco, asked somone who lived near him who also used Tesco to do that Tracert cmd thing, they would also get the same problem if it was a server error only?
  10. Perhaps you and CaPMan have some kind of software, or combination of it, in common. What has your isp said? I am with Tiscali by the way.
  11. No problem for me with access to Lunarsoft, and I am also UK based.
  12. Not really sure what you are backing up englishmen, but I use this power tool, synctoy http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...&DisplayLang=en. I can back up all my music and photos etc with 2 clicks ( after setting up the folders). It is the easiest thing I've ever used. A few different options are available, I chose echo as i wanted the files on my external drive to be a mirror of the files on my c drive.
  13. All I can say Dae, is that I have had this option checked since the first time I used ccleaner and never had a problem.
  14. Thanks for that information Eldmannen.
  15. I am looking for some free graph and chart software to help someone with their school work. I have seen this online http://www.jfree.org/jfreechart/index.php which is downloadable at soundforge. I don't really understand open source software, so would this be suitable for a 14 year old to use? If not does anyone have any other suggestions.

  19. Did a bit more searching, this page says it is for help in removal of corporate edition 9 on windows 98 systems. It's worth a look anyway! http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-s...=&osv_lvl=&seg=
  20. Try reading all this link, it names where you can get removal tools which may help you. http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=5233#
