Did you make a back up of the registry issues you cleaned when CCleaner offered you the chance to do so? Do you have any system restore points from just before you did the clean?

Where did you download it from? What operating system are you using?

How many folk do you think would be confident enough to turn on TPM in the bios ? Not too many I think, even if they can work out why they cannot have Win 11.

I find it hard to believe that MS will release an operating system that a huge percentage of people cannot use. We shall see.

On Win 11 there isn't an option to bypass. Even turning off the internet won't work. That's why I said I doubt if the Alt+F4 option will last into the install release date in the Autumn.

Apparently at the moment Alt+F4 if pressed when the window comes up asking you to sign in when doing the new install, it will then close that active window and offer you the local account sign in option instead. Cannot see that lasting long
