An unusual image - Different & Interesting

Recommended Posts

Hey there folks following along the lines of everyone submitting their "Monthly Desktop" I wondered if there was any interest in members submitting their:

1/ Favorite

2/ Different

3/ Unusual

4/ Interesting

5/ Seasonal

6/ Cute

"IMAGE" for all to see, comment & perhaps download.

With the above in mind and some Forum Members involvement I would like to submit the following images as interesting "Cute" & "Those were the days".

Always With Kind Regards

The style of those images are retro. I mean they have that 50's or 60's feel into them but they are just testimonies to the 20th Century form of art.

I love computer maintenance tasks.

Some of my favorite programs:

Wordpad -basic word processing

Notepad - temporary clipboard and basic scripting module

Windows Media Player 12- video, music and online radio player

Windows Media Center - live TV, local FM radio

CCleaner- handy computer maintenance tool

If something fails to work after using the registry cleaner, use SYSTEM RESTORE.

Tas !!! I`ll add an image...It was a carrot grown last year !!!

I`don`t know which catergory you would want to put it in !!!!!!!

Hey Fluffy what a great "unusual" photo, make a great "mascot" or "icon" for a bunch (no pun intended) of carrot farmers or better still for a Carrot Juice manufacturer................sure looks like a person at first glance. :D

Now that's seasonal, the caption could read:

"Happy birthday Mate.....have a good one"

Yeah, I'm not finished digging through all of them because if I look at the choices of pictures and stories, there are so many of them and its hard to choose and I have maybe a dozen Firefox tabs opened lol.

I spent 2 hours just now digging through them again.

It will be wise to bookmark some of the links and post the really good pictures here, but again, its hard to choose.

Just about anything by M. C. Escher. Nergal, he would have loved your avatar. :P

Gallery: 1942-1954. "Relativity", bottom left, is maybe most often seen.

The CCleaner SLIM version is always released a bit after any new version; when it is it will be HERE :-)

Pssssst: ... It isn't really a cloud. Its a bunch of big, giant servers.

Funny you should say that as I've had Escher Floating in m'head since I was wee

also my Windows "User Tile" was Eye (Reflecting Skull)for a long time until just recently

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

Hey Login123 those images (your links) are certainly very interesting particularity the "Back in Holland" gallery......I volunteer at a Aged care home and have several Netherlands residents I spend time with and they were blown away to see several of those images.

Personally I have book marked those sites and will spend some time on the Home Gallery site. So many thanks Squire. :P

Have a look at Picture gallery "Early work 1916-1922 " Early Work (however you have probably seen it)
