im workin on batch right now. just need some help on like if i want C:\documents and settings\USERNAME HERE\programs\startup what do i put for the user name so it would install on other computers?

ive figured out the batch making and all im doing is pure experiments to see how this would work. just a little program that i made...no one else would use it. I JUST LIKE TO LEARN!

how would i make the batch? i dont know much about that...

say i have a little program that ive made, how would i make like an installation program for it? to add it to the registry boot up, start menu, desktop, and program files?

how can i add, say, Winamp to my right click if its located C:\Program Files\Winamp\winamp.exe ????

i dont THINK that the network has any affect on that kind of stuff. or if it does, i havent found a way to do it yet

pc to pc isnt the problem. its probably just the version that your using. i suggest trying an update. if that code didnt work, im supprised, ill have to try it... anybody know the direct code to enter in? the one i posted doesnt work. SORRY!

ah, i like puters but, i always get loads of viruses somehow. even from random websites that i go to, it adds one in the temp file

i agree. 2 mods just isnt enough to keep up with this place! i think guides would go good so one person doesnt have to keep telling ppl how to do tasks (for example scan computer with programs then post logs)
