Also a point to think on, is that if a virus has been in the restore you may be unable to do a restore because of that reason. You may like to consider doing a hijackthis log and posting it on the forum.

No ccleaner was not supposed to do this, it is usually a very safe program.
What operating system do you have?
You could always try a restore point.
Or go to control panel- add and remove programs- add and remove windows componants (lefthand side)- accessories and utilities - details -accessories -details and see if paint is ticked. You may need your windows cd for this.

Perhaps Mr G you may like to consider a change to the reply, quote, add reply and fast reply buttons.
I think this causes a lot of confusion in "new to the forum users", ( and even others) Lots of space is used up by unneccesary re-quotes of posts.

Are you using XP?
I think if some of your files have been deleted, it will be VERY difficult, if not impossible to get them back now.
Usually ccleaner is very safe to use, you may have just been unlucky

I'm sure you will get better answer soon, until then here is a link which talks about how to disable UDP 137 138 and TCP 139, apparently you have to disable netBT ( it's under the heading Client /Server port usage) I would suggest you read all the article through.

It is possible that you still have problems because of the virus you say you had. Did you take expert advice using hijackthis logs as it is not something which should be undertaken lightly?
Which virus did you have?
It sounds as though you have quite a lot of problems going on. It would be an idea to post a hijackthis log in this part of the forum as soon as you can.

Did you have any files saved as .temp files?
Were your jpeg files in my documents/my pictures?
Did you do an issues scan and save the backup?
Is your computer running ok?

Is there a problem with the file you downloaded?
You could use the custom files and folders in options, However you must have advanced..custom files and folders ticked to do this, but it would probably be quicker just to delete it yourself if it's a one off.
Unless you are worried about anyone finding out about it ?

You really need to know the name and model make if you are going to google for driver and firmware updates. First get that info.
I have had a quick look around for Teclast, it's not easy as they are nearly all Chinese sites and don't translate well.

Did you format the mp3 player first? I had to do that with one of mine although I don't know if it applies to all types.
Apparently ( after using google) it means it's empty. Have you been able to play your music even once?
Did you have any problems with your last mp3 player?
Which model, the T19, or P310 perhaps?

One of your most obvious problems is that you run without sevice pack 2 installed. It is vital that you install this, as your system is wide open without it no matter what protection you run with.
Which site did you download ccleaner from? ( by the way it's version 1.31 now)
It may be a good idea for you to do a hijackthis log, and put it in the section of this forum shown below that deals with them, instuctions on how to do the logs are also included at the top of the page below
