assume that you installed CCleaner to the default location, browse to: C:\Program Files\CCleaner there are 3 *.ini files - winapp.ini (applications tab) - winreg.ini (issues tab) - winsys.ini (windows tab) these files contain what each checkbox will clean for the tabs...
