if you have the microsoft virtual machine, you may want to uninstall it and download the java run time environment from SUN microsystem as microsoft have stop updating the microsoft virtual machine...

depending on your setting, it may prompt you to do a registry backup... and follow by that (applies also if it never prompt you for backup), you can choose to let CCleaner deletes all the registry keys listed... or you can choose to let CCleaner display each registry key and delete if you want to... otherwise, you can cancel the operation... after CCleaner deletes all the registry keys, you may want to: 1. scan again... 2. restart your computer...
