I'm not too familiar with the Startup options on CCleaner, but I strongly recommend you try using the StartupControl panel to manage your startup entries. http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

I don' think so. He just wants a log of sites visited and wants to know if he can limit the amount of bandwith that is used. LeonB, if you use a router, you can always check the logs on it in order to see what sites have been visited.

What you downloaded from FileHippo.com was a program that installs CCleaner. To actually run it, go to your Start Menu -> Programs -> CCleaner. Then click on the CCleaner icon. As for the file you downloaded on FileHippo, you can put than in a folder where you usually store stuff, or you can just delete it.

It displays a splash screen I think, if you can find an older version of the trial I know that it doesn't have a time limit, unlike the newest one which has something like a 60 day limit. Oh and uh, don't try to crack the latest version. It won't be pretty. The devs were sneaky.

Try running Vista in comptability mode... Windows XP SP2. Should be Right Click -> Properties -> Compatability Tab. At least, that's how you do it in XP.

Eh, it's an image guys, here it is. JacquiM, next time you run a scan, Fix selected issues. Then repeat several times. I think they keep appearing because the 'issues' are currently being used by programs or being accessed by the computer in some way. In my opinion, I think registry cleaning does nothing or very little to your computer's performance.

Check to see where Incredimail is installed. If you installed it as a *.zip and it extracted to the TEMP folder, then it would be deleted. Try installing it to a folder on the desktop.

CCleaner always tends to have problems with registry entries that have been used recently/are being used. You may have to run the cleaner several times.

What version do you have? Did you click Analyze or Clean?

CCleaner already deletes the browser history and cache.
