Suggestions go here. Your second suggestions has been suggested before hopefully MrG is working on it. As for your first suggestion What do you mean by running on several drives? CCleaner does not scan your pc for random files it will only clean preconfigured files, folder & registry entries as defined in the winapp.ini and winapp2.ini files.

thefly there is already a option in MPC not to remember the play list. Open MPC and display the play list then right click and untick "Remember List".

CCleaner cleans pre-set folders, files & registry entries it will not clean anything unless there is a specific entry to do so.

On some extension's it is better to uninstall the old version first, restart firefox then get the new version, see if that helps.

Andavari how is it when you convert a song then, say double the bitrate the file is double the size? As you said tho the quality has not improved if anything it may have gone down.

oli i tired that cheetah audio converter it messed with the audio file's tags tho, did you have the same problem? I currently have CdburnerXpPro but im going to get a backup drive and i only currently use CdburnerXpPro for that purpose so i was hoping to get rid of it and just use another free small app. Andavari on the converting side of things as you seem to know what you are talking about can you explain something to me. I assuming when you convert a audio file to a lower bitrate the converter simply takes something away from the file to make it a lower btrate and there for lower quality. How is it tho that you can convert a song to a higher bitrate i mean if i get a song on a pc and convert it to a higher bitrate say 256kbs then rip the same song again from cd to 256kbs. They wont sound the same will they? I mean once the quality has gone how can it put it back in? I will also try the apps you and agumon recommended ill get back to you both, cheers. I've decided to convert all my wma music to mp3 just because im always converting music to mp3 to burn so i can play on my boss system or to get on my old ipod. I currently have easy cd-da extractor which convert rips and burns audio discs. Im going to use it to convert my music to mp3 then i want to get rid of it and replace it with free app's. I need to know what bitrate in mp3 format will give me the same audio quality as wma 96kbs bitrate? I think im going to use burrrn to burn audio cd's but as i said i want to burn mp3 audio discs as well anyone know a good app to do so?

If AVG is working good for you with no problems then stick with it, i use and prefer avast anti virus. If you think you may have a virus that avg is not detecting do a online scan using Trend Micro housecall. I personally use avast anti virus because it is as good as avg it just has a better interface.

Same here its looking good but a bit early and buggy for me yet. I did read somewhere tho they are trying to implement all the things people like to do online. So lets hope it does not turn out to be Jack of all trades, master of none.

?torrent I was amazed when i read the info on this app it says its 97kb and ill be damned it is, its also got more option the bitcomet(my previous torrent app). It has better performance then bitcomet, bitcomet uses average 50mb of ram ?torrent typically uses 4mb of ram which i have checked in Process Explorer and can confirm. I suggest you all check it out.

Klipfolio I didn't really want a pc based feed reader i just wanted bloglines or now google reader but this small(868kb) fast and obviously free app is changing my mind. you can use it to read feeds users of klipfolio also develop klip's which are enhanced feeds with more options refresh time etc. you can also use it to read email(if a klip has been developed, im using a gmail klip at the moment iv also seen a hotmail one) get weather and the rest.

Granted on some days i don't like reading them but i feel if i don't im going to miss that one story that will interest me. Any how the feeds go back weeks so i suppose i wont miss any. I have also just discovered a app called Klipfolio its a very small very fast and free it sits on your desktop and delivers you your feeds or klips which are klipfolio user enhanced feeds. My feeds do take quite a long time to read but the feeds i have are ones that interest me so its not really a chore it is also allot quicker the browsing the web sites. I love games but i do agree the enthesis on graphic polish needs to be toned down i mean look at doom 3 stunning to look at crap to play, just like any other shooter under the graphics. I also love old school games i have a psp with firmware 1.5 and im always playing snes, amstrad 464(my first pc) & mega drive games on it. You may like GameTunnel it is a gameing website but only independent games i.e. none from EA, Ubisoft etc and allot of the developers really focus on the game play first, Try Gish its brilliant. Check out this review for Quake 4 its got a 10 rating for graphics but for 7 is it just me or should that not be around the other way? Same for Doom 3. Good thinking on the import/export OPML i suppose its a good job they have had it since launch then. Its how i got my feeds from bloglines.
