The only reason the message brownie mentioned pops up is because firefox is open or a user closed the program but for some reason the process is still running, it does not pop up other wise.

I did as you said with EAC but i get the below error and cant access the section of compression option's that you specified. I also download the nero wnaspi32 file and still get the same error in burrrn. I,ll try cheetah but what i don't get is that why so many open source & free audio app's don't support wma, any ideas?

I just used EAC to rip a disc to mp3 by clicking the below button and it ripped them to wave instead of mp3, any suggestions why? Anyone know of a free audio converter that can convert to mp3?

The title says it all i just decided to put in a old disk drive i have when i say old i got it last year but then i got another new one . The problem is when the old one is installed the one that was already installed does not show up in either device manager or my computer. The power works i.e. i can eject the tray etc. but nothing else i then with out touching the already installed drive unplug my old drive and the one that was already installed works. Anybody got a clue what's going on, thanks.

I just got a new Hd so i think ill rip all my albums again in a better bitrate then 96kb wma, i think im going to go for 192kb mp3 this way all my tags including the file name will be redone as well. I can then use burrrn with no problems. I just used CDex to rip a album it seemed a bit slow is it me or is it slow?

Thanks slowday that sort of cleared it up, it seems that if all developers use the registry in the way its meant to be used all registry cleaners would work as well as each other.

Why are some registry cleaners better then other, is it they look in placed other don't or is it that they get down on there hands and needs and scrub harder?

The file name of my songs are that of the name of the song only, no track number or artist. How come burrrn does not read the track number from the properties? I'll try Tag Frontend out and see if it works, thanks.

In burrrn there is a column "track" but it does not apply to the track number of the actual song, does any one know how i can arrange the songs by the track number of the actual song?

I'm not from France but you guys says France sucks and they are strange but anything that is different from you and from where you live will always be strange it does not mean they suck. There culture is different so they are going to have different views on things then you do. There are some strange things about America i thing are kind of weird, s*** there are things about my county i think are strange im not going to go around dissing America of my own country just because there is something i don't understand about it.

Thanks for the effort Andavari but i did exactly what you recommended last week when i first started trying to find a iso creator. I do like burnatonce but as i said the only free burner i have 100% confidence in is imgburn and while the first version was only released on the 4th October with a update on the 2nd December and a new version coming soon. It is basically the brilliant DVD Decrypter burning engine repackaged with a load of improvements and new features. There was only 2 things that i thought could be better with imgburn so i posted my suggestions on the forum and LIGHTNING UK!(the developer) stated that both are already finished and should be release with the next version so for me its perfect. So i really only want a iso creator i was going to use burnatonce for that but then i found the 2 mentioned above. Fodler2iso is also still being developed where as burnatonce latest version was released 17/Apr/2004 at 16:58:32 if memory serves me correctly . The other reason i did not want to use burnatonce is that while it has a load of nice features if im only going to use the iso creation bit of the program however small the installation is it seems a bit of a waste.

The only free burner that i like and are more then confident in using is ImgBurn formally DVD Decrypter but now without the decrypting. So i want a way to create iso's of my data of which i can then burn with that. I found GhostBurn (3rd one down) which can burn but im not going to use it to do that, as i said i want to create a iso of my data which it does do. Also folder2iso which is more like it because it does nothing else except create a iso out of files, it also requires no installation which is always a good thing. I have used both programs and both seem to do the job, but has anyone else used either if so have you encountered any problems? Or do you know another free app which can create iso's from data? cheers.

rridgely im sorry i replied to taruns childish post in future ill ignore him. Software recommendations. SuperTux is a great little stress reliever so is essential. Sokoban YASC is another little game, good when you have a 5 minute brake, not so good at stress relieving tho as it is more then likely to cause stress the relieve it.
