Try disconnecting from the internet and then running Health Check. Let us know how that goes. Can you tell us what Windows version you are using. Doug Stene Posted February 25 Author Share Posted February 25 There is not progress showing on the bar. Turning off the internet made no difference. Windows 10 home ver: 22H2. Norton's 360 It had worked before and just started to hang up over the last week.
