That worked, I updated the software on the list and CCleaner worked agaim

There is not progress showing on the bar. Turning off the internet made no difference. Windows 10 home ver: 22H2. Norton's 360 It had worked before and just started to hang up over the last week. I upgraded from the free program to Pro with no difference

When doing a health check it gets stuck on "Patching up your PC". I upgraded to CCleaner Professional but it made not difference.
