UltraViolent
Hi, i have CCleaner pro, and after a few days it just defaults back to the free version and i have to put in my key again, and again, and again. this is becoming increasingly infuriating since I've paid for a year subscription up front... anyone know how to solve this? Moderators nukecad Posted October 5, 2020 Moderators Share Posted October 5, 2020 I've not heard of that one happening before. I'll flag it up to the staff. I also suggest that as you have the Pro version you contact support so they can check if there is any problem with the licence itself, (we can't see licence information here), but that seems unlikely if you can re-enter the same one again. You should email them at: support@ccleaner.com If possible send your request from the same email address that you used when registering CCleaner. (If that's not possible then noting that registered email address in your request, if you can, will make it easier for them to find your account). You should get an automatic acknowledgement by return email that your request has been received and is in a queue for action, if you can't see one then check your email spam folder. Just for info in case its needed: Which Windows version are you using? Which AntiVirus? Which CCleaner version? *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Orerockon
You haven't heard of that? A 10 second search results in more than one person with this exact same issue. Including me. Surely there's a canned fix for this without having to go through a back and forth with your support?
Moderators nukecad Posted October 31, 2020 Moderators Share Posted October 31, 2020 That comment was from 4 weeks ago when the issue first surfaced. Please read the dates on posts to check if they are still current before jumping in. To update you - Changes/improvements are being made to the whole licensing system for all Piriform products, we expect an official announcement soon. This changeover is causing an issue for a very small number of users. If you are affected by this then the support team will issue a new licence code when/where needed. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? I will do so if it happens again.
