Ash2016
I'm getting the same crash issue but on Windows 10 . I have the registered professional version of CCleaner if that makes a difference.
Moderators mta Posted October 17, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 17, 2015 @ash, Have you reported the issue to Piriform via their website? You'll probably get a faster response than from here. Ash2016
I'll try that. I thought this was the only option for support. Ty for the heads up.
Moderators mta Posted October 18, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 18, 2015 you are not wrong, but if you have the Pro version, you are entitled (and paying for) priority support directly from Piriform. this forum has only volunteers for its members so help may either be slow or non-existent, although everyone will try their best. Moderators mta Posted October 24, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 24, 2015 I don't see an image in the 1st post. Even when I turn off Ghostery and uBlock. When I came here to do my #3 and #5 posts I didn't get that MBAM alert. Light bulb moment - maybe it's my new MBAM version, I updated that about a week ago, so the timings are coming together now. It must be blocking the PNG image in post #1 - but I'll be buggered if I'm going to disable MBAM to prove that theory. Moderators Andavari Posted October 24, 2015 Moderators Share Posted October 24, 2015 Or it's the image in first post from minami.zz.mu Some anti-malware states the site as malicous, albeit only one of them which I've never heard of on VirusTotal.
