I have a Razer Blackwidow keyboard. It's mechanical but the clicking is not as loud as the keyboard in the videio in the previous message. I love it. I would never have anything other than a mechanical keyboard.

I'll try that. I thought this was the only option for support. Ty for the heads up.

I'm getting the same crash issue but on Windows 10 . I have the registered professional version of CCleaner if that makes a difference.
