I think I heard somewhere that they were looking into that. I also read somewhere that Google is studying whether it would make sense to offer free WiFi service, possibly nationwide. If microsoft bought out google, microsoft would be even more of a powerhouse, they could work out windows OS exclusivity or such other things, but still thats highly improbable.
