I like cucumber sliced in malt vinegar with a slight dash of fresh ground black pepper and a very tiny dash of Sea Salt crystals. I hear that water melons are delicacy in Japan. A slice of cold fresh watermelon would be great right now but its raining outside with a threat of t-storms later and the supermarket is a long walk away.
