Forte Lambardi
Using the Beta Version of CCleaner 2.0? I was just wondering that because I am using it myself. Although there is a disclaimer on the line where the link is, I still wanted to try it (even though it's potentially dangerous since it's in the Beta stage). Extra Comment after I posted this: >_< Crap, I should have posted this in the CCleaner Discussion...
Moderators rridgely Posted August 19, 2007 Moderators Share Posted August 19, 2007 Yeah I have it installed. It hasn't done anything it shouldn't so far. Considering that it still depends on the same .ini file as the old CCleaner it should be relatively safe(but still its a beta so use at your own risk.) Humpty
Probs with reg issues within Vista here. Seems to delete some reg entries then leaves about half of 90 odd. May relate to permissions?
Forte Lambardi
Probs with reg issues within Vista here. I am not sure if CCleaner is programmed to work with Vista.

unsober
same here, i've been using it and i've had no problems. and i love having an Exclude list (it wasn't in previous version) although some of the buttons are very confusing/vague.. all the buttons say is "Add".. is it supposed to be like that? cause I don't know which button does what... isn't it supposed to say Add File, Add Folder, and Add Registry? not much of a big deal though
Moderators Andavari Posted August 25, 2007 Moderators Share Posted August 25, 2007 all the buttons say is "Add" That would be rather confusing. Glad I'm still using the current release version then.
