Recently was updated to version 1.36 the application "Adobe Reader SpeedUp". In this latest version was added auto-detection for version 8.0 of Adobe Reader/Acrobat. So, we have the opportunity of disabling the majority of plugins that are completely useless for most users. And Adobe to move fast.

I appraised the hints very much. I couldn't install Paint.NET in win 2000. However I readed about and isn't what I want for now (same for Photofiltre, Xara-xs, PhotoPlus). Picasa is a good organiser. IrfanView is a useful viewer but with a poor editor features. FastStone Image Viewer is what I need with a easier and indispensable image editing. And a good viewer. Thanks a lot.

To manage the list of installed programs, it's an excellent choice this application: ZSoft Uninstaller Some feature that we can to use: To search easily a program; To find and delete invalid entries; Hide Windows updates'entries; Hide another items that we want - so we have the list smaller, only with what we want.
