  1. Noooo... It's about 39°F/4°C or less here, though it's 4am now. Maybe I should get some sleep, soon, maybe.
  2. Weird, I don't have those symptoms at all, even if I tick everything in my CCleaner (with Winapp2.ini). Do you have latest version of CCleaner installed? If not, try updating. Which browser are you using and what's your OS?
  3. Yeah, and I was asking why my entry didn't work, so C:\ |.log|.txt -entry was mainly for myself. Like I said, seperate filekeys solved the problem. Also it's not C:\logs but %HomeDrive% (or %SystemDrive%) |*.log|*.txt (in the root of C:\, not in C:\logs-folder). I don't think Mozilla entries clean those Thunderbird-caches that I just posted. Although Thunderbird recreates profile(folders) in %LocalAppData%\Thunderbird\Profiles and %LocalAppData%\Thunderbird\Mozilla Thunderbird (after visiting Help -> About or Help -> Check for updates). I'm using Thunderbird 8.0 at the moment. Also just learned that I can't use wildcards in DetectFile(am I right?) and sometimes multiple filekey-extension don't work in one FileKey, eg: FileKey1=%HomeDrive%|*.log|*.txt entry didn't work, but FileKey1=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads|*.log|*.log1|*.log2|*.log3 entry works.
  4. Thanks, this worked (seperate filekeys for .log and .txt): [C:\ Logs*] LangSecRef=3024 DetectFile1=%HomeDrive% Default=False FileKey1=%HomeDrive%|*.log FileKey2=%HomeDrive%|*.txt NEW ENTRIES [Mozilla Thunderbird Install Log*] LangSecRef=3022 DetectFile1=%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Thunderbird Default=False FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Thunderbird|install.log [Mozilla Thunderbird Update Logs*] LangSecRef=3022 DetectFile1=%LocalAppData%\Thunderbird\Mozilla Thunderbird Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Thunderbird\Mozilla Thunderbird|*.*|RECURSE [Mozilla Thunderbird Profile Cache*] LangSecRef=3022 DetectFile1=%LocalAppData%\Thunderbird\Profiles Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Thunderbird\Profiles|*.*|RECURSE MODIFIED ENTRIES [Adobe Acrobat Updater Logs*] LangSecRef=3021 DetectFile1=%LocalAppData%\Adobe\Acrobat Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Adobe\Acrobat\*\Updater|updater.log [League of Legends Logs & Cache*] LangSecRef=3023 DetectFile=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads Default=False FileKey1=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads|*.log|*.log1|*.log2|*.log3 FileKey2=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0*\deploy|*.log FileKey3=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0*\deploy|*.txt FileKey4=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0*\deploy\logs|*.log FileKey5=%HomeDrive%\Riot Games\League of Legends\rads\projects\lol_launcher\releases\0*\deploy|*.log
  5. In my opinion more frequent updates the better, but this 4 weeks cycle/month (?) is also good at the moment. Of course it might take longer while using a newer version, because it's scanning/finding more software etc. but I think it's just a good thing. Also using Winapp2.ini -file slows CCleaner down a bit, but it's worth it. And like Winapp2.ini said:
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYbyj9I1u6U Weight of that box. Great series btw.
  7. Crucial m4 128GB SSD for C:\ and for other files I've Samsung F3 1TB and older Samsung 500GB (total 3 partitions, used to have 4).
  8. Any BK Electronics subwoofer (LINK), like Gemini or XLS200. I've XLS200 in my home theater and it's been gooooood (paid ~450€ for it).
  9. Comodo Firewall: Safe Mode / Sandbox Disabled / Defense+ Disabled
  10. Avira AntiVir Personal (v12/2012) as antivirus and Comodo Firewall (5.8.2) as firewall software. Also using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, Spybot - Search & Destroy and SpywareBlaster.
  11. Adblock Plus Pop-up Addon - https://addons.mozil...s-pop-up-addon/ - By default, Firefox or Adblock Plus doesn't block any pop-ups that are opened on mouse clicks or other user events. This addon complements Adblock Plus with the pop-up blocking functionality. With AdBlock Plus I'm also using (mentioned before) NoScript, Adblock Plus Element Hiding Helper, Fanboy's additions to AdBlock Plus, EasyList for AdBlock Plus & Wiltteri for AdBlock Plus (mainly for Finnish sites/users) and sometimes ChatZilla.
  12. Might be, but what I've seen there's been just some (useless) log-files (.txt / .log). Maybe add a warning there, too.
  13. Any ideas, Winapp2.ini or someone else? And thanks for the Facebook & Twitter updates, maybe I'll start using (also) Twitter now.
  14. Apple... Well I guess then you can use the entry if iTunes is not installed. Or if it's not too bad to redownload it.
  15. What's the symptoms there? Though you could add warning-message to that entry. On this PC I have just Quicktime installed. But it's good if you can test and report posted entries, if I've/someone else have missed something.

I found some .log & .txt files on my Asus laptop, which indicated mainly to Asus' software logs, Adobe Reader log & MBAM error-log. Edit: Hmm somehow that entry doesn't work in winapp2.ini, but if I add it in CCleaner's include-list it works? 17. Hmm, this entry doesn't find anything even I have .log files in %AppData%\mIRC\Logs. Also I'd add warning-message for this entry because the logs contains mIRC chat history & mIRC must be closed before cleaning. [mIRC Logs*] LangSecRef=3022 Detect=HKCU\Software\mIRC Default=False FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\mIRC\logs|*.* FileKey2=%AppData%\mIRC\Logs|*.* Edit. Nevermind, mIRC had to be closed to clean/detect those files. But still I suggest adding that warning there.

  20. But it's not a program, comes with browser (like Firefox) if you play Jagex games (Java-based). I tested it and it doesn't find or clean the files/folders in %UserProfile% if the DetectFile=%WinDir%\.jagex_cache_32 is not detected. So it needs something, like DetectFile2=%UserProfile%\jagexcache, or the entry doesn't work/clean completely.
  21. I think you should add/modify Jagex Cache entry (bolded): DetectFile2 should be added because folder .jagex_cache_32 is not always created. I also tried using wildcards (e.g. DetectFile2=%UserProfile%\jagexcache*) to detect folders jagexcache, jagexcache1 etc. but it didn't work. [Jagex Cache*] LangSecRef=3023 DetectFile=%WinDir%\.jagex_cache_32 DetectFile2=%UserProfile%\jagexcache Default=False FileKey1=%WinDir%\.jagex_cache_32|*.*|REMOVESELF FileKey2=%UserProfile%\jagexcache|*.*|REMOVESELF FileKey3=%UserProfile%\jagexcache1|*.*|REMOVESELF FileKey4=%UserProfile%|jagex__preferences3.dat FileKey5=%UserProfile%|jagex_cl_runescape_LIVE.dat FileKey6=%UserProfile%|jagex_cl_runescape_LIVE1.dat FileKey7=%UserProfile%|jagex_runescape_preferences.dat FileKey8=%UserProfile%|jagex_runescape_preferences2.dat Also, you've used wildcards to detect my Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2 Crash Logs -entry. I tried it, but it didn't work (doesn't appear to CCleaner so it's not detecting the path). 22. Well if the first DetectFile is enough, you can remove the rest.
  23. Corrections for my entries for LoL, did some further testing and can't connect/start a game after cleanup. You should remove lines in red:
  24. Ok, thanks for the corrections. I'm still pretty new at making entries so feel free to correct and comment.
  25. What do you mean? Those files were in the root of the folder (User).
