Latest version of CCleaner. Windows 7 Pro Mozilla Firefox

After I run CCleaner I can't play anything requiring Adobe Flash Player. I go to Adobe and reinstall the latest version, but the next time I run CCleaner, same thing happens. Is there a setting I can change to stop CCleaner from removing Adobe Flash Player? Or any other suggestions? Thanks.
