IMO you don't need 7 overwrite. CCleaner version? Are you sure all of your browsers (IE9 and others if any) are closed properly? Also Windows is creating logs/temps all the time (some may be in-use/locked while you try to clean them first time etc).

Haven't really used IE since IE6 or 7 I think. Same here, I usually "hide" IE from my parent's desktops etc. Sometimes even from my friends'. Force them to move to Firefox (or at least Opera/Chrome!)

I use Opera on my mobile. Tried Firefox mobile (with ABP etc), but it seems to crash quite often..

Most SSD's (well at least Corsair Force 3) don't have temp sensor. Check this: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=89316 Also updating your SSD firmwave could help fix it. I've Crucial M4 128GB SSD and Speccy doesn't give any temp for my SSD which is correct I guess.
