And maybe CCleaner Cloud will be available for Android and Windows 10 Mobile phones too. Then I will add 4 smart phones to the list of my devices. I wonder if this all is included in the Pro account. it seems its not yet "online" for android

i had this similar thing on my vista and w7 in the past... but i think, its not caused by ccleaner. finally i have both reinstalled try this: start-->all programs-->accessories-->command prompt (rightclick and open with adminrights) net user administrator /active:yes login at next startup as administator. perhaps with this you can give your useraccount "lindsay" the adminrights back
