  1. I thought there should be a thread dedicated to "Giveaway of the Day" Homepage Today's Giveaway: Fun Aquarium 3D Screensaver

    QTTabBar

Its still Alpha at the moment.
  3. CCleaner can make it as secure as possible, linking it to Piriform or FileHippo only, I mean, c'mon!
  4. +5 Well, not just this... a whole lot of stuff. I want the whole GUI revamped in V3, options put in their right place, WFS moved to Tools, "Include-Exclude" out of Settings, many things.
  5. Both of them are good, its like comparing an old car model (which was the best at its time, and still runs pretty well) with a new one (looks good, minor and major tweaks to the looks, features and performance) So, if you're satisfied with the old faithful why go for a shiny new one? As for OS support: The company still has to make spare parts for both car models till the old model is reeeeally old, no?
  6. Request for Smartphone apps has been made before; this will be a lot of re-coding, etc. In short, a lot of work. I'm not saying its not possible but it wont be done any time soon. Welcome to the Forums
  7. I am still playing around trying to customize it to my liking! Anyone else using Crunchbang?
  8. Using #!Crunchbang Linux. Boots in 10~ seconds! @Tunerz... use imagebam.com They have an option for a thumbnail! All auto-mated.

    Suggestion

What you are talking about is "Sign UP"
  10. For some reason, I am experiencing the same thing for quite some time now. Read this article on SRPs! http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/getstarted/ballew_03may19.mspx P.S: Your English is great.
  11. Sticky this; edit the original Winapp2.ini thread.
  12. With the specific problems, I'm sure others can help you out. Unless you are planning to sell your machine anytime soon, you don't need the "Secure Delete" Here: http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/changing-ccleaner-settings
  13. This thread should be just closed. Its pointless.
  14. Instead of having a built-in updater, why not a direct download link? (I know DDLs are bad, but what the hell?) With a little tweaks to the idea, it might be a good IMO.

    Strange

I am usually active in the CCleaner Forum, but I decided to check the Speccy out today. Isn't it weird for it to be the only one not to have subforums? Also, there are many unanswered topics I wish I could help.
  16. As for Hotmail, etc. did you try using other browsers?
  17. Source Click Start, Run. Type %systemroot%\inf, and then click OK Locate the file named SRCHASST.INF, right-click and choose Install. Note that the file extension (.INF) is not shown in Windows Explorer unless the Hide extensions for known file types setting is disabled in Control Panel / Folder Options / View tab. In the next step, you?ll be asked for the Windows XP CD (to extract msgr3en.dll and other files). Insert your Windows XP CD and point to the i386 folder in the CD. The i386 folder is usually located at the root of the drive (e.g. E:\I386). However, if you?ve installed SP1/SP2 or SP3 separately after installing Windows XP, you need to point to the "%windir%\ServicePackFiles\i386" folder when prompted. Search Companion is reinstalled now. Note that the above fixes don?t help resolve search index related issues.
