JennyWilson
Hello Team, I am using the ccleaner free version. After updating to the new version, I am unable to open the software. I get the error as " product is not permitted to use in your location". I am attaching the screenshot for reference.

Moderators hazelnut Posted August 20, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2018 Hi Jenny, The 5.45 version has been withdrawn due to a collection of issues (including the one you are experiencing) Please download and use the previous build of 5.44 instead https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds Support contact https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general or support@ccleaner.com
Moderators nukecad Posted August 20, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2018 Altough not entirely relevant to the topic. I note that this is another user showing Win10 'Enterprise' edition, there have been a few recently. Enterprise edition is for medium/large businesses/organisations. It is supposedly only available through Microsoft's Volume Licensing Programme and not available for individuals. It's not just CCleaner/Speccy, winver has also shown this on at least one occasion. Either Windows itself is reporting this wrongly, or some major company out there is selling or pre-installing Windows versions that they shouldn't be. *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning?
