Moderators Andavari Posted July 22, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 22, 2016 Files in the Temp folder or something else? Note that the User profile temp, and Windows temp are already dealt with by CCleaner.

Moderators Nergal Posted July 23, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 23, 2016 as u can see the program didn't see 14 gb not in use files In ccleaner options (either first tab or advanced tab I don't remember) is "only deleted temp files more than 24 hours old" (not sure if 24 or 48 sorry) enabled or disabled ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Moderators Andavari Posted July 23, 2016 Moderators Share Posted July 23, 2016 yes , user profile temp .. as u can see the program didn't see 14 gb not in use files No wonder I didn't know what you were asking because I didn't see your screenshot, sometimes they just don't show from a 3rd party image host. I had to click Edit on your first post so that I could actually see it (don't worry I didn't edit your post). What Nergal posted about that 24 hour rule may be the solution - it's located in CCleaner in: Options > Advanced Also see here: http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/changing-advanced-settings
