Think so, GTA IV has the DirectX and games for windows installers in %ProgramFiles%\Steam\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\Installers edit: I never made an entry for them because steam just reinstalls them on me. edit2: nvm, they only get reinstalled if you use the check game interegy option edit3: New Entry [Grand Theft Auto IV Installers*] Section=Games Detect=HKCU\Software\Valve\Steam\Apps\12210 DetectFile=%ProgramFiles%\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV Default=False Warning=Only clean this after you've run the game for the first time.
