So they can not be deleted or is the problem freezing? What do you mean you can't do anything?

It's freezing.

Now I can move to firefox when it freeze, but I get a message when I try quit there is a message with a button standing " Quit now" and I do so, then it works fine again ;)

In this photo you'll see my system, it's just 2 month old^^

See here

Then restart your computer again afterwards after trying to delete the icons in safe mode.

If no joy and you have other problems, it might be worth posting a hijack this log in the Spyware hell part of the forum.

Are all your spyware scans coming up clean by the way?

Hi!

When I delete a software, the icon stands.

No, whats that? I've heard about it but don't know what it is

Forgive me jumping in here guys, but I just had a thought based on gigabayts level of experience, based upon the terminology in his posts.

gigabayt, are you actually "deleting" these programs, or are you "uninstalling" them properly with their uninstall option.

There's a difference, and although I've never simply deleted a program before, I assume doing so would leave stuff behind including the icons, which would be searching for a program that's no longer there.

Might be enough left over to cause a "freeze" problem.

Just a thought, and apologies if I've underestimated your pc knowledge.

So you are going into CCleaner tools, clicking on uninstall, clicking on the program you want to uninstall, and then clicking 'run uninstaller'.

Is that right? Or are you clicking delete entry?

Are you still having freezing problems?

Yes, exactly. No, I do not click delete entry, should I?

Now I don't have any freezing problems.
