  1. Main one getting all the talk is about how the Back and Forward buttons have a faster pageload time.
  2. I find using XP-AntiSpy as a faster way to disable a bunch of junk that you don't want.
  3. I may just look into that. Thing is though, is that a user whom knows what their doing may find it better as a standalone application; rather than as a HijackThis bundle. I dunno though. I run HijackThis Converter more than HijackThis. See here for a good example. You still have to manually clean it but it helps with posts.
  4. Anyone tried what I mentioned to see if it resolved the issue at hand?
  5. For fastest results, I tend to defrag with PerfectDisk, then schedule the offline defrag. I reboot and let it handle that, then run the reg optimizer.
  6. I think I'll support what works best.
  7. Y'all are nuts. Anyways, yeh. This software is what I use to do the HijackThis logs.
  8. Use AIM 5.2 with AIMutation 1.2 or 5.5 with AIM Ad-Hack
  9. Ahh so that's why you have no font colors and problems with connections, etc.
  10. I was barely able to make the graphics for my site. lol.
  11. News to me. I think I have you nearly curbstomped though.
  12. Lazy bum! You've got The Gimp and all those freeware applications, and open source too but you won't skin CCleaner. So lazy! I feel so proud.
  13. Information should be short, straightforward and to the point. Just like this post.
  14. LOL! You really did! Just to spite me I bet! /whap!
  15. Skimmer! Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 18:37:05, on 08/05/2005 Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600) MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180)
  16. I take it you'll make the skins?
  17. I think we're all guilty of skimming.
  18. Even I say that. Weeks later.. "Oh yeah!"
  19. It's working fine for me and it has all my previous tweaks kept.
  20. Click on the window that you want to take a screenshot of to give it focus. Press and hold ALT and then press Prt Scrn. Open an application such as MSPaint, Photoshop, The Gimp, etc. Press Ctrl and V to Paste the screenshot. (Alternatively you can go to Edit > Paste) Click on File and go to Save As.... Save the file as jpg for posting on the Internet. Distribute your new screenshot! Note: I used Photoshop for this screenshot so it would look better but not be a massive bitmap file.
