  1. Can you translate from English to Chinese Simplified, or is it only a request ? [EDIT]...Sorry, I didn't see the topic below.
  2. Defraggler lists every file on the drive, including system files/folder (like the $Recycle.Bin and System Volume Information folders)
  3. If you really want to have a completely blue drive, you should delete every System Restore Point, and then create a new one. But having defragmented Restore points is useless.
  4. CCleaner can cause trouble if it deletes good Registry keys. What's the point in installing CCleaner on school computers ?

    html5

It won't make Java/Flash/SL obsolete. There'll be <video> and <audio>. But Silverlight's Smooth Streaming is better.
  6. French loves long sentences. Please increase its height
  7. I can confirm too. French translation is 100% complete according to Piriform Translator, but there are some English strings in Defraggler. I made a list of them in my "Translation issues" topic.
  8. 378 and 305 have been fixed. Thanks ! Some new errors : -"Show cleanup drive prompt before defrag" doesn't exist in the translator -"Quick Defrag Drive" is in the DLL but not in Defraggler !?
  9. The strings in the installer are more than 3 months old. (I don't know how to say that in English, so I think a screenshot of the CCleaner installer and the translation history will speak for me )
  10. Double-click the REG file. When asked if you want to merge it into the Registry, select "Yes" (or something like that - I don't remember well)
  11. Don't use Wipe Free Space. It's useless. Unless you want to secure delete files that are already deleted.
  12. Chromium is not based on Chrome. Chrome is based off Chromium

    KIS 2009

It won't. Defraggler is using the Windows API to move files. Don't forget to enable the self-protection again after you defrag :-)

    KIS 2009

There should be a "Disable self-protection" option in KIS's settings :-)
  15. ...You know, the Yahoo thing is to earn money. If you want to give lots of money to Piriform, I'm sure they'll remove the Yahoo! toolbar
  16. FaleneHawks, if you want, send me a private message with your problem in French, I'll translate. That'll be easier
  17. Did you change Regedit's location, or did you just make a shortcut to it ?
  18. Did you move Regedit into another directory ? Why ? Regedit should be in C:\Windows\regedit.exe @Corona >> I think that guy is French (because "utilitaires" is a French word).
  19. The following strings are in Piriform Translator, but not in the language DLLs : "Default Rules" (378) [Fixed in 1.14] "MB" (373) "Unknown" (305) [Fixed in 1.14] The following ones don't exist : "GB" "Disk Images" "Archives" "Movie Files" "Stop" (when defragmenting selected/highlighted files) (Why not use 248 ?) The About Defraggler text (Defraggler is written and published by....) "Show cleanup drive prompt before defrag" [New in 1.14] "Quick Defrag Drive" is in the lang DLL but not in Defraggler !? [New in 1.14] A very weird thing : String 302 is "% Fragmented" according to Piriform Translator. But in Defraggler, it is "Fragmentation". Another weird thing : The "KB" string is missing, but it uses the correct, localised one even when not in DLL. Why not do the same thing for MB and GB ? Another bug : [New in 1.14] And I think a "defrag" of the language files would be good. There are lots of "holes" in the strings numbers, some small ones, and some very big ones, like between 380 and 10101 and 10156 and 37772
  20. Those are System Restore Points. You cannot defrag them. And even if you could it would be useless.
  21. Files with weird name in C:\System Volume Information\ are Restore Points. There's one fragmented file in your Recycle bin - emptying it should fix that problem. I don't know what the others files are :-|
