  1. -Just copy and paste from earlier message. I don't know how to get it either. -You got pretty cool PC.
  2. Where that Config.msi folder is? Do you mean Windows/Config folder? edit: Did some Googling and found out that folder suppose to be in root C:, but i don't got it... Oh, and yes, hidden files were visible.
  3. Found a couple of unneeded files there. Haven't deleted them yet, though...
  4. Come on guys, more answers please...
  5. Is that a beer cooling system??
  6. Mine currently: System: 32?C/89?F, CPU: 42?C/107?F Temperature outside is -2.2?C/28.04?F.
  7. I bet there's going to be a bunch of "false positive" entries. I have tried MVPS HOSTS file a couple of times and it just blocks too much valid stuff. I use Ad Muncher to block ads.
  8. I removed those invalid FlashProp.FlashProp.1 entries and Flash Player still works fine. JFYI...

    More DivX news

Don't use that DivX player, it's a resource hog. At least it was, when i tried it many years ago...
  10. Yes, i don't know what they have done with the cat. Maybe they gene-manipulated him/her not to attack mice...
  11. There's also new warning for 'Opera Web Mail' users. (i think it applies to some other mail services as well.) Virus warning! Mails that contain attachments and claim to be from the Opera Mail staff are infected by the W32.Beagle.J@mm worm, and should be deleted. Read more about W32.Beagle.J@mm for detailed information. 12. Hi Richard and welcome to forum. 50 cent for beer is just too cheap. I would probably drink my self to death, if there is 50 cent Budweisers.
  13. Sorry, the link in the first message is to Swedish web site. There also now video on YouTube:
  14. It would be nice to know, how secure the system really is on OS level, without an 3rd-party (or Windows build-in) firewall. Of course it would be easy to test with online security tests, BUT i don't like the idea to shut down the firewall, while connected to "big bad" internet. Can Windows be safe (from incoming attacks), if it's just (fully) patched and securily "tweaked"? Basicly, why to update Windows, if you run an decent firewall...? Of course it's good to update, but i mean basicly...
  15. I have disabled system restore and RM didn't found any 'System Volume Information-Restore' entries.
  16. What kind of false positive entries it (mostly) found? Like i mentioned, for me it mostly found "invalid" file extensions (13 entries). ...Just did some research and ended up to remove 2 of those founded extensions.
  17. Installed and scanned with it. It found mostly some "invalid" file extensions, that my other cleaners don't found. I didn't remove then though, because i'm not so sure that they really are invalid. I think that most of those founded file extensions would be re-created, when i launch the app that has created them.
  18. How come no comments?

    Alcohol Abuse

Looks more like buckets to me (that you might need after drinking).
  20. Tokio university scientists has gene-manipulated mouse, who doesn't fear cats. Thing is, that they used gene-manipulation to remove some cells from the mouse nose, so he/she can't smell the cat. http://www.dagbladet.no/tv/index.html?clipid=24175
  21. My primary zipping program is UltimateZip. It handles RAR archives also. Edit: Just noticed from UZ site, that 3.1 version got 7z and 7z sfx support. I got 3.0.3 version.
  22. It's good to change (some of) your passwords sometimes, even though you are sure, that your password is not in the wrong hands. I change my online banking password maybe 2 times a year. Or atleast once a year. When and if you change, make sure that it's no weaker than previous one.
