Simple step that I used is Reinstall over the top the older version and I still have my bookmarks /add-ons.As Corona said,FEBE too much complicated. I don't need to re-enter the settings for add-ons. Sorry for the late reply,Razz

Reinstall won't delete your add-ons . I did this when Update Notifier(cleansoft.org) has wrong program detection especially FF 3.5. so far,all programs running well and updated.

I tried to update Win Defender def through Win Update but failed (error 0x80072ee2). So, I went to Mic Help Forum to find the answer but the problem still exist. I also tried to shutdown Online Armor Firewall...not working. Now, IE run very sloooow.I ran SAS,MBAM & Avira to make sure the machine clean. I also added Win update site to trusted sites in Int Option. any ideas ? thank
