Need your help to upload a Avatar from my computer

Could also be filesize limitation, and/or dimensions limitation.

You can get the dimensions using Microsoft Paint by clicking Image->Attributes.

I've always found a quicker way of reducing the dimensions is to use one of Windows PowerToys:

it allows the user to quickly resize without having to launch MS Paint - it can be used via the context menu on a picture file. It allows the user to specify a custom size.

Yeah, I only recommended getting the image size in dimensions using MS Paint because it's typically installed on all Windows-based PC's. I however don't advocate resizing in MS Paint though as it requires too much manual editing, etc.

I do some graphics and photo work every now and then. I recommend GIMPshop, it will take some getting use to (it's TheGIMP made to look like Adobe Photoshop), but it is very powerful, good compression, and best of all it's free.
