He recommended the repair, the repair did start, but the indicator does not move. I tried several times: yesterday, today, after restarting the computer. What about that please? I ran the check again and it ended up the same: Patching your PC is stuck. Yes, I only use MS Defender in Winfows 11. Should I write it to support? Moderators nukecad Posted February 28 Moderators Share Posted February 28 This issue with Heath Check which is affecting some (but not all) users is known about and being looked at. Until it gets fixed then if you are affected there are a couple of things that you can do. Some users report that using Tools>Software Updater to update whatever is found can stop the freezing happening in Health Check. If you want to try that then I suggest that you only do the software updates one or two at a time. If you don't want to try that, or if it doesn't work for you, then I suggest that for the moment you use Custom Clean instead of Health Check. Health Check should now start workng again for those who were affected by this issue.
