The payment WAS PayPal but they took it a full month before the end of my billing period and did not advise me in advance that they were doing so. I do not wish to extend my subscription period. Did you get an automated reply? PS. Sending multiple emails can/will actually slow things down. There is another possibility that we see quite often though. It can often be PayPal that has taken a 'repeating/subscription' payment and not CCleaner at all. So that taken payment is sat in a kind of limbo at PayPal.
