  1. I have sent them several emails. The payment WAS PayPal but they took it a full month before the end of my billing period and did not advise me in advance that they were doing so. I do not wish to extend my subscription period.
  2. I am trying to get some help with a payment taken early from me which I want refunding. Support is ignoring me. please advise. Diane Sinnett
