I have thousands of duplicates in one drive. How I delete them all at once without having to tick each individual one?

You don't, doing so would cause havoc on your pc, some of those duplicates are needed by your pc.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.

 shift+click  works

Highlight the first item press and hold shift while you select the bottom item

Then click in the checkbox for the top one (or any should work) and it will select them all (it auto unchecked one of every duplicate for me when i tried it on my 2 pair of duplicates).

I would double check before deleting that they are in fact duplicates, ie. what search settings did you use.

For example if you only searched by name then 'Photo-01' in one directory may not be the same as 'Photo-01' in another directory.

When searching for duplicate images I tick 'Content' only (and 'Size' gets ticked automatically).
That way I am sure that what is found are exact duplicates.

Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:
