ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Does it download v3.0 so that you can install it? PS. I do notice from your screenshot that you are running Windows 11, that's still new and so can still do some unexpected things. In which case downloading a fresh copy of the latest version from here https://www.ccleaner.com/kamo/download (note: automatically starts the download) should sort out the problem.
