Bob J Posted July 22, 2021 Share Posted July 22, 2021 When I ordered my subscription on 7-20-21, it said I would receive an email with final instructions to activate CCleaner PRO. I've been looking for two days and haven't seen any emails confirming the order, but the order has been charged against my credit card. I've tried using the account verification, but nothing again. I've checked "junk" in my email and have resorted to a different email account. My email provider is Comcast.net, so it's not a small email provider. How can I get a confirmation and activation? They can figure this out for you ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. Can you please check to see if our emails were delivered to your Spam folder and/or perform a search in your inbox for "support@ccleaner.com" to see if this will allow for you to find our messages?
