Moderators nukecad Posted February 4, 2021 Moderators Share Posted February 4, 2021 Apart from anything else the drive you are searching is 'diskstation' which is a NAS drive. As far as I am aware CCleaners Duplicate Finder cannot read NAS formated drives *** Out of Beer Error ->->-> Recovering Memory *** Worried about 'Tracking Files'? Worried about why some files come back after cleaning? See this link:https://community.ccleaner.com/topic/52668-tracking-files/?tab=comments#comment-300043

To my understanding CC's Dup finder does look at hashes.
PeterSp
Hi Nukecad, I told you that the double songs are on my NAS. CCcleaner ask the credentials of the NAS, and then you can start with cleaning Delete a lot of double songs, but some files remain. Do you have a solution for this problem ?? Or must i manual delete that double songs ? Regards, PeterSp
Guest johnccleaner
CCleaner cannot be used on NAS devices; none of our products can. As the files in question are on a NAS, CCleaner, therefore, cannot assist you with them.
