Use Custom Clean instead. Custom Clean works how older versions of CCleaner used to always work where you can configure exactly what you want done, however it will not look for any updates for other software.

Unfortunatelty not.

Health  Check is designed to do things that non-technical users  may want to do.

One of those things is updating cetain apps.

If you use Custom Clean then you have more control. And Custom Clean does not check for application updates anyway, that's a sepetate function in "Tools".
