jamjar
Hi When I use the XP error-checking tool in normal mode, the process takes less than 10 minutes to complete. When I use it in safe mode, it takes well over an hour. No errors have ever been found. I would just like to know why the process should take so much longer when my pc is operating in safe mode. I would've thought it would've been the other way round. Can anyone tell me why? Regards
TheFiresInTheSky
MAYBE its because it can check more files and folders in safe mode because not as much is running? not sure though...
