Moderators Andavari Posted June 3, 2006 Moderators Share Posted June 3, 2006 I updated late lastnight although I noticed Filehippo.com had the full download at some point in the afternoon when I checked. It took Mozilla sometime before the auto-update found that a new version was available.
pwillener
Thunderbird version 1.5.0.4 is also available. Not sure if there is even a need to post this, as both products update automatically when started.
Eldmannen
Automatic update is pleasant.
Humpty
Must be a control freak here as not a thing auto updates in my setup. If I see unexpected inet activity I want to know what's going on. Etrust vet and Superantispyware are the only two proggys I manually check for updates once or twice daily. I even have Zone Alarm Pro blocking itself from connecting to the net. Oh well,we're all different and have our own foibles eh.
pwillener
Both FF and TB do not autoupdate without asking first; so you are still in control.
