zaphirer
AOL is popular merely because it caters to n00bs. Kinda like dell. they both should die!

Eldmannen
Yes, I do also have a very strong hate for RealPlayer, along with BonziBuddy, MSN, QuickTime and MSN Explorer.
Newhotness
Whats wrong with MSN? talk to some buddies, send some pics, get blasted by random viral msges...come on, there are a lot worse msging services out there...that being said, how could Norton not be on there? not only does it suck, take up huge resorces, and fight with everything else on the computer, but its about the hardest thing I've come across to completely unistall...again I suppose it catters to the n00bs. Also, I agree Dell service sucks for the most part, but every once in a while you can call, get a guy who actually speaks english, and he'll hook-you-up through the roof with deals...worked for me at least on my last 3 lappers. zaphirer
I agree. Norton... no idea how that got on the list. A lot of businesses have some kind of bizzare twisted love affair with that fat bloated no-good piece-of-junk software.
