How can I persuade CCleaner to permanently delete theseActiveX/Com issues please?

I have Windows 7 Home Premium and have been using CCleaner for years with superb results.  (I have never altered any settings within it)

 

but

 

I now have 40 entries in the Registry Editor that seem to be cleaned but instantly repeatedly return.

 

There are 33 of these which vary toward the end of each line ...

ActiveX/Com Issue - InProServer32/%SystemRoot%/system32/ime/mejp10/impjpapagi.dll

all but the last three end in dll. The last two end in dec.ax

 

 

and, at the bottom these 5 ....

(each starting Missing TypeLib Reference)

IRoamRemoteStore

IRoamTokens

IRoamLocalStore

IRoamFilters

IRoamConflictResolution

IIendoEncodeOA

(the last repeated twice)

 

My system is clean according to ...

Avast

Spybot S & D

Super AntiSpyware

MalwareBytes AntiMalware

 

 

 

 

Please can someone tell me more about these and how to permanently delete them?

I registry items are usually tied to your antimalware/security-software.

I will most certainly do as you ask but, before I do, can I ask how I first go about backing up the entry?

It'll ask if you want to back it up before you remove it, however backups are FAR from "fool proof", so the most important part is to only clean what you are assured are unneeded. Registry cleaning provides zero benefit to a pc's performance

or to put it another way, unless you have a specific reason for doing so, leave them alone and get on with your life.

I tried deleting singly but each just reappeared.

 

This has never happene3d to me before and i am greatly reassured by being told I can simply ignore them .... much appreciated

purely from a curiosity angle, in trying to explain why the ActiveX/COM entries started to appear (and re-appear), you must have changed/added/upgraded software recently?

 

to stop those entries appearing the next time you run a scan, right click them and select Add to Exclude List, that way CC will no longer list them.

I've been wracking my tiny brain but cannot think of anything added/removed from the computer to cause this but I do tend to set programs to automatically update so am not totally aware of what goes on.

I have numerous things excluded. Do to the way some stuff is stored in the registry it can cause registry cleaners to deem them as errors. Also some files are self-registering.
