JLutzXINC
Defragment System Volume Information Files (mine doesn't) I agree with Closing Defraggler after Defragmentation. I only know 3 things about Piriform products; they work well, they're simple to use, and I like them. Hopefully, that will be enough.
Moderators Nergal Posted August 5, 2011 Moderators Share Posted August 5, 2011 Defragment System Volume Information Files I think this is covered by boot time defrag (I might be incorrect though) ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T. kroozer
Defragment System Volume Information Files (mine doesn't) Windows protects these files. You can delete most of them with CCleaner, but you can't defrag 'em. They are shown for reference only.
trium
I guess mainly Defraggler to defragment the files. From time to time you should go with the Windows defragmentation on your own hard drive. Super Fast
That didn't work for me. I tried that. I don't really know if this will work, but you could try a few different options, if you felt that you had to defrag them anyway. I am not really sure if this works, since I did not try it yet, but you should be able to right click a folder to defrag it using Defraggler Context menu on right click on the newer versions. Also, you could try doing the files list after you analyze, or even checking out various filters of includes/exclude lists. Don't know if they will work, but hey, u can try it!
